Holt House

When purchased in 1933, the Holt House became the official residence of President Hamilton Holt. Located at 208 Interlachen Avenue, the two-story house accommodated President F.D. Roosevelt and his wife when the first couple visited Winter Park in 1936. The house later became dorm for female students on campus. It was sold in 1966.
